Terms of Service

Updated: 2026-10-27 · v1.0

Agreement and provider

These terms govern the Helpteo website, operator applications, widget and API provided by OPSoft Inc. By creating an account and accepting the terms, you agree to them and confirm authority to act for your organization. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the agreement. The privacy policy explains data handling. A change of interface language does not automatically change your contracted provider; Russian service terms identify their own provider.

Early access and scope

Helpteo is in early access. Website chat, shared conversations, projects and team access are available. Channels marked planned are not included as working features. There are currently no paid plans or payment collection. We may change the early-access service or limits with reasonable notice; we will not charge or convert your account to a paid subscription without presenting the terms and obtaining your agreement.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep credentials private and manage your authorized team. You are responsible for lawful use of your website integration, visitor notices and the rights to data you upload. Do not send spam, facilitate fraud, distribute illegal content or malware, infringe rights, test security without permission or disrupt other customers. Do not use Helpteo for emergency communications or submit payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive data in chat.

Content and service rights

You retain your rights to your content. You authorize us to process and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure and support Helpteo and comply with law. We retain rights to the software and brand and grant a limited right to use the service under these terms. Customer data is not licensed for advertising or model training by these terms.

Future payments through Paddle

If a checkout identifies Paddle as the seller, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for that purchase. The applicable Paddle entity, price, currency, taxes, billing period and renewal terms will be shown at checkout. Paddle’s buyer terms govern the transaction; these terms govern use of Helpteo. A recurring plan renews only as disclosed and accepted. Cancellation and refunds follow our separate policy, Paddle’s applicable terms and mandatory law. Account deletion does not itself guarantee cancellation of an external payment agreement. No Paddle checkout is enabled today.

Ending service and liability

You may delete your account in the app or online. Review the deletion page before confirming deletion of shared workspaces. We may restrict unlawful or abusive activity, or suspend access to address a serious security risk, with notice where practicable. We aim to provide a reliable service, but early access has no contractual uptime guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid for Helpteo in the preceding 12 months. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or mandatory consumer rights.

Law, changes and contact

Wyoming law applies to the OPSoft Inc service agreement, without excluding mandatory protections and court rights in your place of residence. Contact us first to seek an informal resolution; this does not prevent lawful remedies. Material changes will be published with a new date and appropriate notice. Additional paid features will require their stated purchase terms. Company and contact details appear below.
