Reply templates

Shared and personal replies with shortcuts. Insert a template, edit it and send when ready.

Access and notifications

Email support

Forward an existing mailbox, reply from your domain or connect a domain through MX. Route support@ and sales@ to different teams.

Service mail and Inbox

Find messages across open and resolved conversations, including older correspondence, within your project permissions.

Support analytics

Track requests by day and channel, open and resolved conversations, median first response time and operator results. Filter by project and period.

FAQ

Still have questions?

Here are a few answers.

Do visitors need an account?

No. Visitors can start a chat directly from your website. Operators sign in to their Helpteo workspace.

Can I connect several products and channels?

Yes. Group products into projects, connect their channels and control each operator’s project access. Route requests to a group or an operator.

Which languages are supported?

English, Russian, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Interface language does not automatically translate customer messages.

How much does it cost?

Helpteo is in early access. Paid plans and limits will be announced before billing begins. We do not collect payment on this website today.

How can I connect email?

Forward an existing mailbox to Helpteo, verify your domain to send replies from your address, or use MX to receive mail for a domain or subdomain. With MX, each address can route to its own team or Inbox. MX moves incoming mail for that domain, so use a subdomain if you need to keep existing mail elsewhere.

Can service notifications stay out of customer conversations?

Yes. An Inbox address stores mail without creating support requests. On a mixed mailbox, use sender rules or move a thread manually to service mail. The history and attachments stay available; you can turn it into a support conversation later.
