Delete account

You can delete your Helpteo account in a browser, even if you have uninstalled the app.

Delete account

Your profile, credentials, sessions, action tokens and messages linked to your operator account are removed. Workspaces for which you are the only owner, including their projects and conversations, are deleted only after explicit confirmation. Other workspaces and other users’ accounts remain.

Deletion takes effect immediately in the live database. Access-restricted backups expire within 15 days under normal operation. Security logs are rotated within 30 days. Legal retention, where required, is limited to the necessary records and period.

Forgot your password? Use password recovery on the sign-in screen. For visitor chat data, contact the website that collected it or our support team.
