Connect your channels to Helpteo.

Start with the website widget, use the JavaScript API for web applications and Mini Apps, or connect support bots and email in your project settings.

<script src="https://widget.helpteo.com/loader.js" data-channel="YOUR_CHANNEL_ID" async></script>

A channel ID is public. Never put an operator token, password or other secret in your website code. Native and server clients use the API; browser widgets communicate through their own origin.

Web applications and Mini Apps

The hosted loader exposes Helpteo.init(), identify(), open(), close() and reset(). For authenticated customers, your backend signs a short-lived identity token; keep the private key on your server. Reset the chat when the customer signs out. Native mobile SDKs are not yet released.

Telegram and WWChat support bots

Create a dedicated support bot and connect its token in the web workspace. Customers write to the bot; operators reply from Helpteo. Bot tokens stay on the server and never belong in website code.

Email: forwarding or MX

Choose an email setup method in the web workspace. The wizard shows copyable DNS records when needed. MX domain addresses can receive support requests, store service mail in Inbox or forward mail to a confirmed external destination.
